The individual was being arrested at station and convinced a random deputy to uncuff cause he was "glitched", he than logged to avoid arrest.

Combat Logging ; Leaving the game or intentionally disconnecting to avoid RP, evade arrest, escape injury/death, or reset a situation is strictly prohibited. Players must remain in-game until the RP scenario is fully complete and cleared by staff if necessary.
