So, the subject was noticed running a red light and operating his motorvehicle without headlights. After seeing this, I initiated a turn around, then pulling his vehicle over. He acknowledged he was being stopped, got out of his vehicle, failed to comply so he was placed in cuffs after being asked to step back into his vehicle. After being cuffed, he used his phone in handcuffs stating his lawyer would be enroute. After seeing that he wanted to lock his car, I had remorse letting him to unlock it, unsure if he could actually lock it or not was at the top of my mind since he was cuffed. Thinking it was a feature, I uncuffed him to be able to do it. He proceeded to leave the game afterwards.
