Incident Description*:

Stopped a civilian for jaywalking with a partner on our way back to FCPD highland divison station, civilian started being skittish and tried to walk away however I tackled then cuffed them due to fear of them attempting to flee us, once cuffed, red sedan with offender inside then pulls up and offender pulls out a firearm, immediately starts firing upon us for no apparent reason other than to RDM whilst we are already in an active situation with another individual, clear violation of rules, civilian we were involved in a roleplay with was also killed as a result of said events;

Short clip, managed to clip moments immediately after I died since I was shot first and died instantly, offender can be seen with a matching avatar to their roblox profile and proceeded to drive off after shooting at us;
