I was working at the gun store as the store owner (using my Diamond Membership), and one of my employees (most likely wasn’t even an employee) was annoyed with me for no apparent reason, and was asking for me to be trespassed. I tried explaining to the deputy that I worked at the establishment, but I knew that wasn’t gonna do anything because most of these cops have the same motive; looking for any possible reason to arrest someone. So I ran to the safe, and I was gonna call 911 to explain the situation for the reason that MAYBE, more cops would come and would POSSIBLY want to find out whats going on, but I thought that would make my situation worse. Then, I hear his radio, so I know more cops are coming, and I decide to step out and surrender. Once I was placed in handcuffs (immediately, as expected), I AGAIN for the second time attempted to explain that I owned the store, and there was no way for the POLICE to trespass me from my own property. I guess the deputy has closed ears or something, cause that didn’t end up working at all.
