502. FAILURE TO DISPLAY PROPER IDENTIFICATION BADGE

I was stopped by 3 SBI Agents earlier because I detained a FCPD officer for misconduct. During the altercation those agents stopped me and said I failed to display my badge. Since there's no detailed version of title 502, does it also apply to state agents?
