Incident Description*: All started when the offender ran from LEO through city to interstate where he went off road and crashed and we then box him in to prevent him from taking off again, that's when he step out of the car and tried fleeing on foot but he was then tased and restrained that's when he logged, all involved officers on scene saw him logged too, I say he should be ban, how long? honestly whatever you guys see fit.
