What Happened?
I Was Chasing A Greyish White Charger On RCSO And When I Found The Car Flipped Over Another Officer Was There And Said He Died Then A Guy Walked Up And Tried To Steal The CHP's Car But I Think It Was Locked So We Went To Arrest Him Then he Got In My Car And Tried To Steal it I Didn't Have Any Non Lethal Readily Available On Me So i Pulled My Gun The CHP Officer Did To I Was Unaware if The Man Was Armed Or Not So When He Turned On The Car Engine And Probably Move Into The Drive Gear I Opened Fire About 13 TImes In The Arm I Think

I Didn't Realize it Was RDM and FRP And Because Of The Amounts of Time I've Seen People Be Shot For Stealing Cop Cars I Became Used To It I Sincerely Apologize And Vow To Never Commit An Offence Again
