Incident Description*:

We made a traffic stop on a Black Kia at Subway, 2x officers responded. Soon after, the suspect proceeded to flee the scene heading towards RPD and we lost eyes on them. We found them in the middle of the road and issued a Code 5 felony stop. Right after, the suspect left the game. I called !help but no moderator was present, therefore a report was made.
