Incident Description*:

Was on a traffic outside of cuddys address after seeing the yellow pick up blow a stop sign and recklessly drive not intentionally stopped there just where the guy decided to pull over, Cuddy had no relation to the stop to my knowledge didn't even speak to him, and he exits his house and pulls out a 12 gauge and blows my head off without any interaction at all no reasoning.
