What made you want to apply for a position with Mountain Interactive?: What made me want to apply, If I'm being truly honest is my dedication to commitment, I'm a well rounded person and I'm very understanding and during chaotic times, I tend to take leadership when necessary. I'm here applying today because I have the mindset for it. I have the dedication for it. And because I'm also a leader and a fast learner. I get straight to the point and I don't make up things along the way. I learn quickly and I build that up into something more while expanding that.
Considering your strengths and weaknesses, why should we select you?: Considering my strengths and weaknesses, I believe I should be hired to the drive that I have? I'm a committed person. I do what I'm told and when I'm asked. I don't second guess things, nor question things. I self criticize so I can learn from my mistakes. I'm a reliable person, and I believe I'm someone people can depend on in important times. And I grow from my weaknesses I don't let them bring me down.
Do you have any staffing experience in other communities?: I do have staffing experience in other communities, I've worked with many different people and I do currently hold an administrative position in one community an ACS one at that. And a previous one in a lounge on discord (3 years)
