What made you want to apply for a position with MI?: The reason I chose to apply is because this community has been seen as an outstanding community for a while now and I've been within this community for quite some time. To add on, with me knowing all my previous employments as staff in other communities, I never chose to apply here as I simply didn't have the time to bounce around communities as I worked at way to many. Fortunately, I've retired from most of those communities allowing me to focus on MI if I were to be accepted. I've also had numerous friends and colleagues suggest that I apply at MI so here I am.
Considering your strengths and weaknesses, why should we select you?: With all the applicant's MI receives on a daily, I would assume there are individuals much fitter to fill any positions available. In regard to myself, I believe I possess a few skills and qualities that the management of MI would enjoy seeing within their Moderation Team. A few of those skills are communication skills, interpersonal skills, and leadership skills. As for qualities, I am usually just a respectful, honest, and helpful person in general. I am usually always willing to help whenever assistance is needed and I tend to remain professional at all times when within my work environment. Overall, I believe I would be a good fit for the MI Moderation Team.
Do you have any staffing experience in other communities?: I do have staffing experience. I previously worked at Gate Studios, Backwoods Law, Comal County Texas, Equality Roleplay, InJustice Roleplay, ExiaRP (DOIJ), and a few others.
