What made you want to apply for a position with MI?: I want to be part of the MI Staff Team because I very much enjoy being a part of Victor Valley. VV is very fun and enjoyable. I get along well with most people and try to the best of my ability to help them out when needed, making sure that we have awesome members and managing the discord server and making sure that it is running properly. Another reason I would like to become a staff member of MI, is because I believe that collaboration and assistance in this department are what I need to become the best and very knowledgeable employee out there. I enjoy working with a team to achieve a common goal of maintaining public order and safety. I've also seen your department being active and I see that a lot of people enjoy working here because of the rewarding and demanding part of this career. I want to become a leader of a department that encourages growth, encourages its members to challenge themselves to become the best employee, helps members retain and understand information, and encourages the improvement of public safety. I am motivated to join a department with professionalism, respect, leadership, and public service.
Considering your strengths and weaknesses, why should we select you?: I think that you should accept me because I am able to be loyal and active, mature, awesome team work, professional, hard working I am able to answer any questions and I am always ready to assist. I have good communication skills, motivation skills, time management skills and prioritizing skills. I have a proper Growth Mindset which in my opinion is what a high command member needs in order to be successful. I am able to reflect on past mistakes, get motivated with challenges and be able to grow with challenges. I am inspired by the success of others and I understand that failure is an opportunity to learn. I am also able to dedicate my time to learning new concepts that would be implemented in the field to increase the effectiveness of my duties. I will ensure that everyone feels comfortable. Finally, I am easily motivated, I tend to have a proper Growth Mindset and proper Habits of Success, I am focused to take on challenges and I am able to reflect on the past and learn from past mistakes. I am respectful and nice and I am willing to work with people. I am also willing to change whatever people feel needs to be changed. I am also active everyday of the weekdays and weekends, and I actively check the servers I am in throughout the day. Since I am very active, I am able to answer questions or take care of things immediately. I feel like I am a good fit for it based on all of my experience.
