What made you want to apply for a position with MI?: So I wanted to apply here because I always wanted to be a part of the MI Staff team. I also want to fix the activity within Victor Valley, because people get shot all the times.
Considering your strengths and weaknesses, why should we select you?: I have got A lot of experience as a Staff. I would be very active in game and inside the Discord Server. I respect HRs and decisions made by HRs. I am a nice guy and I like to hear the "offenders" story before punishing them in game.
Do you have any staffing experience in other communities?: Yes a lot, for example I was a Administrator at DOJ:Sandy Shores. I am a Senior-Moderator in a Los Angeles Roleplay Server and I am a Senior-Moderator in a other German game. I am a Senior-Administrator inside a community called Morphz Creations. And I was Management at a California Roleplay game but the game doesn't exist anymore.
