What made you want to apply for a position with MI?: The main reason I want to apply is because when I usually play, there is a lack of staff and people don't really know what the rules are, so there are a lot of FRP and RDM players. The other main reason is that I want to be a staff member again. Other reasons are that I am willing to help people, make players follow the rules and improve the community.
Considering your strengths and weaknesses, why should we select you?: You should choose me because I am willing to help people and expand the community, I am very patient and I can handle stressful situations very well. Another reason why you should choose me is that I am a really friendly person and I understand others easily. I think my only weakness is my perfectionism, I mean my aspiration to achieve perfection of my or one's work.
Do you have any staffing experience in other communities?: Yes, I did. I was a staff in a game called ''Aviano, Italy'', but the project closed for lack of people.
