What made you want to apply for a position with MI?
I originally saw MI, specifically Victor Valley, after "Bill_The_Bomb" referred me to the game. I immediately fell in love with how realistic the game was. I am truthfully interested in helping the community, and the staff title would just help me case. I don't want to mini-mod, and being a mentor is just a glorified mini-mod. I'd rather work as an official staff and be able to moderate then have little to no power and just help. I also would like to be able to have more of a profile to engage with the community, and benefit myself in the future. This would be a great group to stay with, and I think other employers would enjoy seeing this in a resume as well.
Considering your strengths and weaknesses, why should we select you?
Well, I'd rather list my strengths and weaknesses before I get to why you should hire me.
Strengths
Leadership, Loyalty, Bravery, Confidence, Not folding under pressure, professionalism
Weaknesses
Slight perfectionism (meaning I try and get everything spot on or else I beat myself up over it), mid-fuse (getting impatient when someone is persistently not cooperating, understanding is different)
Now why should you hire me? I really do want to help the community as a whole. I want to work with an RP community as realistic as this one. I see the overall relaxed vibe of the community, and I think I could add to that. I also think you'd have a great leader, someone who is confident on your team. I try and work myself until every single task is done, and I enjoy it. I enjoy discussing things with higher-ups, and I do speak out when mistakes are made in a nice way. I try to get every single piece of available information before making a mistake, and I do try my hardest to keep my patient with non-cooperating individuals. I believe, and may I reiterate, you'd be onboarding a strong leader and a devoted person to your team. I work well in teams, and I can organize everything really well. I'm fairly knowledgeable in most subjects, and I have common sense.
