What made you want to apply for a position with MI?: I have wanted to become a staff member in MI for a long time now. I have been in this great community since around April of last year and I have loved every bit of it. Except for the occasional rule breaker. That's also why I want to become a staff member, dealing with rulebreakers when no other staff member is on. I find myself on at times when no staff are on. It also just seems like a lot of fun overall, I know how stressful it can be but I still think of it as fun. I also think that it helps you connect with the community more and allows you to be part of the face of Mountain Interactive. I also have a passion for helping people, and I'm sure that everybody has been there once, not knowing how or what to do and how stressful it can be when you get no help. That really is a feeling that I wish upon nobody. Even with all of the mods that are hired at Mountain Interactive, I don't know how I see so few. Even when being in the most popular server, a lot of the time there is no staff and that is really frustrating to deal with when there are blatant rule breakers and nobody there to help you out, I just think that I can help with that.
Considering your strengths and weaknesses, why should we select you?: One strength that I hold is my ability not to have a bias, I really like to hear everybody out in an argument. Another one of my strengths would be carefulness, I always like to make sure that what I am doing is the right thing to do in the situation, even if that may be considered common sense, some people lack it. Another one of my strengths is my memory, I have a great memory, and an accurate one at that. A key strength I possess and use often is my clipping frequency. I clip just about every altercation and anything that could add up to some drama or offense. That has come in useful many times in the past. I also am very knowledgeable, I always try to expand my knowledge in all aspects. I have put this strength to use by memorizing most, if not all of the rules in the Mountain Interactive rules and regulations, AKA guidelines from the Mountain Team Discord. One common but useful strength is my two monitors, These come in use often if I am not sure about a rule or anything really and I just need to go back and check. I am also generally a very kind person and I like to hear people out. I also have never gotten any moderation actions against me in my time here at Mountain. I also have a very quick mind and can make decisions on the fly with the knowledge that I possess. I am an honest person and don't see the need to lie about anything. I am also very active and don't have much that can get in the way of it. Now onto the weaknesses. One of my weaknesses that doesn't prove an issue often is my tendency to second guess myself, that does not happen at all in Mountain Interactive games because I have read over the rules many times here at Mountain so I trust myself and If I don't, I would just check the rules again. Another one of my weaknesses is attention span, I often find myself losing focus on things that I don't like, hasn't been a problem lately but it has proven a pain in the past. Another weakness in the past would have been getting overwhelmed, I have gotten overwhelmed with things in the past but as I have matured, this has gotten less of a problem. I'm a very humble person and don't want to seam like I have a massive ego but I really can't think of anything else to add to my weaknesses, I'm sure there is at least one more.
Do you have any staffing experience in other communities?: Yes, I have staffing experience in backwoods law (80K Members), A Roblox group that made the game BWL:RP Lincoln County, with 3.5 Mil visits. I also have staffing experience in a FiveM group with around 175 members at the current time.
