Give us an Incident Description: The subject, clearlylaayum, repeatedly tried to VDM us for about 10 minutes. After the second attempt I decided to start recording, which is where the video begins. In the video, which is split in two parts because there is about a two minute period where nothing happens, the subject attempts to VDM us at the gun store, but misses and hits the utility box (seen in the video). He proceeds to quickly delete and respawn his insert, then almost hits us a fourth time by slamming into the barriers at the gun store, again narrowly missing us before speeding off. The video then cuts to a couple of minutes later, when, out of nowhere, the subject AGAIN almost slams into us at the gun store, but we are saved by the protective barriers (just barely I may add). I then proceed to confront him about the now repeat attempts to VDM us, to which he responds that it was "accidental." Sadly for him, while up to this point you all probably would have believed that defense, he decided that he really did want to VDM someone. As you then see in the video, not even five seconds after our confrontation concludes, he successfully VDMs a bystander that I was talking to, and is listed as a witness below. After he VDMs him, he crashes his car, to which I respond by pulling out my rifle and get him to kill me so I can conclusively get his username from the kill logs, because I did not have his username yet.
What rules / offenses did the player break: Attempted VDM x2, VDM x1
How long do you think the player be punished for: I feel that the subject should be punished more harshly than a standard VDM punishment given his persistence and repeated attempts to kill all of us via VDM. I believe this shows a lack of care for engaging in any sort of meaningful RP or game mechanic, and furthermore, for context, he had been randomly cuffing people earlier (not pictured). I believe that all of this shows that he has little care for really "playing" the game and is only interested in causing chaos and running the experience for others.
