Give us an Incident Description: I started dispatching in this server and noticed someone was spamming
this is obviously breaking the rules and he didn't stop and wasn't going to.  I even told him to stop.

What rules / offences did the player break: Radio abuse is what I observed.. 

How long do you think the player be punished for: one day,  in my opinion.

Time of Occurrence: approximately 7:35 PM (PST),  8/15/2023.
Additional members involved/witnessing: Unknown whether if this was an attack against someone or not.
