Give us an Incident Description: I join to play Perris and somebody got in their truck and tried to runover someone. After they tried to run over someone which didn't work, they went out of the civ spawn and went about the speed to kill somebody in Perris and killed me and somebody else. After I died, somebody came to me and gave me a gun because of that, which I didn't use as much. Again, gaggehaisee11 then ran the person who gave me a gun over. After this I confronted gaggehaisee11. A few minutes later the person who gave me a gun and somebody named AmProBoatSailer came to the scene. Again, gaggehaisee11 came back and killed AmProBoatSailer.
