Give us an Incident Description: Was talking to other players when the subject jumped out of their car and starts randomly shooting. The subject had killed someone that possibly did not have a weapon. After the subject had killed the person, they turned around and started to shoot an unarmed person down the street. I shot warning shots at the subject, to deter them away from the unarmed person.
