Give us an Incident Description: While at a Scene involving a Shots fired call at LC, players at the scene had witnessed a Crown VIC Show up and the person, FashionTeriak, Had approached a witness to the call and detained the person without RP. He then put her in a vehicle and drove off. After clearing the call and using !help. No mod was available, I drove further down the street only to witness him walking with her. I followed and attempted to use the help command again. After the chat bubble disappeared, I approached and asked him what he was doing. He then questioned my presence and luckily he put her in my vehicle. i then drove off with her as my passenger and released her. He's been involved in FRP, and Cop Baiting as well. I have multiple clips that were only minutes apart. In the first incident, He was involved in a Foot Pursuit and he then disappeared/Switch teams.
