What made you want to apply for a position with MI?:I have been an active player of Victor Valley for over two months and during this time, I have developed a deep appreciation for the game and its community. The game's immersive experience, engaging gameplay, and inclusive community have captivated me, and I have found myself drawn to the game more and more as time goes by.
I have always been interested in pursuing a staff position within a game community, and the opportunity to join the MI team is one that I am particularly excited about. MI's dedication to inclusivity, respect, and safety within the community is a testament to their commitment to creating a positive and enjoyable environment for all players. I am deeply passionate about these values and I am eager to contribute my skills and experience to help further this mission.
My strengths include my ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others, as well as my strong attention to detail and organization. I have experience working in teams and have developed a keen sense of how to work effectively with others to achieve shared goals. I am comfortable engaging with players and staff members alike, and I am always willing to lend a helping hand or provide support when needed.

One of my greatest strengths is my ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with others. I have always enjoyed working with people and have developed strong interpersonal skills over the years. As a result, I am able to listen actively, collaborate with others, and provide effective feedback when needed.
In addition, I am highly organized and detail-oriented. I thrive in environments where I am able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. I am able to prioritize my workload effectively and ensure that deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner.
However, I do acknowledge that I still have areas in which I can improve. One area that I am currently working on is my ability to delegate tasks effectively. While I am able to manage my own workload well, I sometimes struggle with entrusting tasks to others. However, I am aware that this is an important skill to have in a team environment and I am actively working on developing this skill.
