What made you want to apply for a position with MI?: I would like to apply for a staff position at Mountain Interactive to improve my ability in moderation and even assist with the moderating of the Discord and Roblox servers. I am dedicated and active on most days, I would like to give my friends and other members of the community a better experience overall. I would like to become more involved in the community to achieve more goals I have on the Roblox Platform.
Considering your strengths and weaknesses, why should we select you?: From other experiences I have gained a few skills, I am great at communicating and handling situations that are heated and stressful, and I can de-escalate a staff scene at times easily, it all depends on how escalated the staff scene is. I am very professional when in the game and on Discord which males me great for serious situations and moderation. I would like to point out that I do have a few weaknesses that may affect the position, though most of them are personal, 2 of my weaknesses that aren't personal is I can get distracted from the position at times easily. Example: Topic change, etc. Though I plan to stop this. The second weaknesses being misuse of Grammar, at times I may use the wrong punctuation, though this is pretty rare.
Do you have any staffing experience in other communities?: Yes, I am an "Administrator" at Redeline Solutions and "Head of Services" at Solera Hotels & Resorts. Those are just the main experiences, though I have many more experiences.
