What made you want to apply for a position with MI? I have always had the desire of helping my friends, and people I truly care about. From my time that I've been within MILLC, which is about 8 months or more, I have seen a lot of criticism and toxicity that members have directed to each other, rather in a hateful way. Members have been confused, and still are to this date, due to not getting proper answers and response. Expected calm and respectful staffing, but weren't satisfied with what they were offered. I respect every member in the Community. I always have. I have decided to take this application to hopefully become one caring, and respectful member of MILLC Staff team. I Truly wish to help, assist members of the community with whatever they need, with my known strengths , I know that I could make a difference within this community. The members made me apply, simply, to help them, I've seen how some are struggling with issues, and I want to help their whatever issues get solved, or attempt solving them.
Considering your strengths and weaknesses, why should we select you? I will be honest, I've got what it takes to carry this role out. According to my strengths and weaknesses, I am aware of them, and I am doing my best every day to improve them.I am professional, I take the job completely seriously, I know my place. Respect is a big part of me, I have it for absolutely everybody, because simply, I consider myself a man, who has honor. I think tolerance is a trait that not a lot of people have, I know that I surely have it, I do not intend to hate anybody, because they might be simply annoying, it's a strong word to use.
Do you have any staffing experience in other communities?
I have experience in small amounts in some smaller count servers, not specifically a Game-moderator, but just a Discord moderator.
If I would have to list any communities, then I'd say I have been a part of Roblox communities in general, that I have been a moderator in, cannot list any specific communities.
Have you ever been a member of Staff with MI, or a Mentor with MI? No, I have not.
