I get rdmed and have a clip and since the dude is a "Valued member of the Mi community" he doesnt get banned even tho i have a valid clip.... Makes sense

Yeah, that's some of the things no one will talk about. But you were in "RP" and therefore could be shot at any point in time.

That is not necessarily true; just because you/someone is role-playing does not mean you can be killed at any time. There has to be a reason for you to take another player's life.
