What made you want to apply for a position with MI?: I would like to help the Community With Moderation Enforcement because there have been times when I've called for service and no one showed. I do not wish for that to happen on a regular basis. In Fact, I believe that with every community Trust and Reliability are Very important in Communities. That's why I Wish to Apply for this position, I would work towards improving Community Members to become closer to Staff Relations in order for Members to Count on Staff Members to be Very Reliable, Swift, and Professional. I would love to be able to step in and guide users in the right direction and maybe give them some pointers on RP or answer a few question. It's what I'm here for. Lastly, and I know I already stated this before, but I would love to get to know the community more than I already do. Obviouslly as a Moderator I am going to be handing out punishments, but I would still love to get to know the community and not be known as "the guy who bans people", I want to become friends with most people here and be able to spread my knowledge and help other to the best of my ability. I think that's why I am applying for this position at Mountain Interactive.
Considering your strengths and weaknesses, why should we select you?: I believe I can be a Great Fit for this Community Given my Experience with other Groups and the Overall Professionalism I Tend to keep at all times. I believe I can become somewhat of a Mentor to The Community Members and Set an Example of how Moderation Can and Should be Known For. I Treat Everyone With Fairness and Respect, no matter what incident.
Do you have any staffing experience in other communities?: Yes i Do! I've Done Moderation for small Communities, I am administrador right now in a community is called México Outskirts, I was senior administrador in DOJ, Sandy Shores before I join MI.
