What made you want to apply for a position with MI?: What made me interested in applying for a position within Mountain Interactive is just to be a more proactive member in the community. When I first joined MI a few months ago, I was easily swooped into Victor Valley and its concept of serious/chill roleplay vibes, with a mix of that private community experience that was made public. It really pushed me into liking the community, as I always wanted those qualities but on a larger scale, as smaller communities often struggle with having good RP scenarios and having a nepotism-isk type vibe when it came to being in certain department/units/ranks, and VV gave me what I wanted, and executed it right. Becoming a premium, and later elite member, I want to continue my expansion in a non-staff role to better support and help the community, seeing as I believe I owe it something in return for the community/RP it gave me. I want to be more direct in how I can help other role-players, noobs and veterans alike, on expanding their roleplay experience/knowledge so we can offer more in Mountain Interactive, and with Perris(and possibly SD around the corner), I want to help make both projects something we can be proud of, and go above what Victor Valley is currently.
Considering your strengths and weaknesses, why should we select you?: With everything considered, I know I can go on and on about how I am such a chad, amazing, super, gigachad of a roblox human who is the best selection to be a mentor, but I'm not. I wont bother in boring you on how my leadership, professionalism, blah blah and negative traits makes me a good fit for the position. As blunt as I can be, I understand that I have times where I can be low-preforming, but I can turn around with critiques and notes of improvement on my end.
Do you have any staffing experience in other communities?: Yes I do.
I most formerly was the Community Director/Manager for Traits of War Roleplay Community, a Modern Military Roleplay genre focused studio. I overseen a staff team of between 30-45 staff members/supervisors, and held the position for approx. 4 years.
Have you ever been a member of Staff with MI, or a Mentor with MI?: No.
Were you referred to apply by a current member of staff? If yes, who?: No.
