The team switching ability is done through a command. At the moment I believe all teams are Premium and Whitelisted only at the moment but here the commands:
/e APD - Arcadia Police Department Command [Premium + Whitelist only]
/e fire - Arcadia Fire Department Command [Premium + Whitelist only]
/e tdot - Department of Transportation [Premium Only]
