Kicked ensure your account age is old enough to play

Keep getting kicked and told to verify my account age. It is verified.
"You were kicked from this experience: Join the Mountain Interactive group and ensure your account age is old enough to play", I'm in the group and my account is old enough to play, so I'm not really sure what's going on. I know there was something about the verify account age in the discord a few months ago but I've been on vacation, hence me not being able to play.

Just MI games. I haven't been banned, account age is 18

I will note, I did have titanium VIP a few months ago when they made it a monthly subscription. But I was on vacation and didn't pay the renewal, so don't know if that could be a factor or not.

I need a minimum of 6 friends on roblox? lol ive had 4 friends on roblox pretty much all year and have been able to play
