Give us an Incident Description: I was assisting a vehicle on the road when I heard shots from across the street, I ran to the gun fire when on the radio there was a report of a rouge SO, when I got to the scene I observed an SO firing and people and had already killed an Officer, I shot the Rouge SO and was shortly RDMed as well.
