Suggestion: Combine Departments into one, create a new firehouse, vehicles, etc. Suggestion: Build a hospital with a usable interior (Possibly where civs could RP as nurses as well) Improve the overall experience and roleplay capabilities of the two departments.

Although there is a medical center in the game, I believe roleplay would be more in-depth if you could make the medical center functional with beds, emergency rooms, etc. As EMS, roleplay can be extremely limited at times due to the fact there is not a functional medical center.
