Subscription Services Agreement
Thank you for subscribing to our services at Mountain Interactive. Please read this policy carefully as it outlines the terms regarding subscriptions, billing, cancellations, and changes to your subscription plan.
Subscription Plans
By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay the subscription fees associated with the plan you select. Each plan offers specific features, billing terms, and services. You are responsible for reviewing the details of your chosen plan before completing the subscription process. Your subscription will begin immediately upon confirmation of payment.
Recurring Billing
All subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually). By subscribing, you authorize Mountain Interactive to charge the subscription fee to your selected payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. Your payment information will be securely stored to facilitate future payments.
If your payment method fails, we will attempt to process the payment multiple times. If we are unable to collect payment after repeated attempts, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription.
Price Changes
Mountain Interactive reserves the right to change the pricing of its subscription plans at any time, without prior notification. It is your responsibility to review the current pricing of your subscription plan periodically. By continuing to use the service after a price change takes effect, you agree to the new pricing.
Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings or by contacting customer support at support@mountaininteractive.com. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will not renew. Mountain Interactive does not issue refunds or credits for any unused portion of the subscription following cancellation.
We reserve the right to terminate your subscription at any time, for any reason, at our discretion. If we cancel your subscription for a reason unrelated to a breach of this agreement, we may offer a prorated refund for the unused portion of the subscription. However, if the termination is due to a violation of our terms, no refund will be issued.
No Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable. By subscribing, you agree that all sales are final, and refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with the service or failure to use the service. Our No Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions.
Service Modifications
Mountain Interactive reserves the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any aspect of the subscription service at any time. This includes changes to features, pricing, and available plans. If we decide to discontinue a subscription service, we may, at our discretion, offer a prorated refund for any unused portion of the subscription.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By subscribing, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider. Attempting to reverse a payment is a violation of this agreement, and we reserve the right to dispute such actions. We may take legal action to recover any losses incurred, including the cost of services, legal fees, and related expenses.
If you have a billing issue or dispute, you must contact our support team directly to resolve the issue. Failing to follow this process may result in the forfeiture of your right to dispute the charge.
Customer Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that you thoroughly understand the terms of your subscription plan before subscribing. If you have any questions or concerns about a plan, please contact us before completing the subscription process. You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date payment information and ensuring that your account remains in good standing.
Dispute Resolution Process
Before initiating any chargeback or payment reversal, you are required to contact our support team at support@mountaininteractive.com to allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue. Failing to follow this process may result in the forfeiture of your right to dispute the charge. By subscribing, you agree to follow this resolution process.
