My Ban Appeal Appealing Roblox Username: fernano895 Appealing Discord ID : 1076189006850707568 Ban Length: 23 Hours / 32 Minutes Moderating Staff Member: k4i4nn#0 What game did the ban take place in?: Los Angeles Ban Reason: https://imgur.com/a/YQIltys Why I Should Be Unbanned: I should be unbanned because I wasn’t available to identificate if the suspect was from the Sheriff Office, I also got confused with the background shots and thought the Sheriff Department was shooting a pedestrian as Sheriff Department I have the knowledge after the same SO came to the Staff mode & told me that I made the infraction Team Kill & it’s a reason for ban, from my POV that I can provide via my Dm’s, I have a link of my own POV where I clearly the SO was in the darkness and I wasn’t available to identificate him as Sheriff Department. From this Forum I wanna try to clear my ban & records because I guess I’m gonna check correctly the darkness and make sure from where the shots are coming so I don’t repeat the infraction. Also, I was hearing to the ambience and there was a lot of traffic in the Team Speaker so I wasn’t available to hear Team Speaker. Additional Members Involved/Witnessing: Vitaly Petrovich
