A white Toyota pulled up but ended up leaving the scene. The escalade driver decided to flee from me. Me and another RPD officer ended up getting the driver to stop and put him in cuffs. A few seconds after we cuffed him, the white Toyota from earlier drove up on the scene. Two people came out of the car and opened fire on me and the other officer for no reason.
