My Ban Appeal Appealing Discord ID: 922337496338145300 Ban Length: Permanent Ban Reason: V-TOS (Racism) Why I Should Be Unbanned: A couple of months ago I was banned for racism because I had posted a GIF containing a racist joke that was made inside of a Roblox game. At the time, I had thought that everyone else was fine with it because the people in the chat actually laughed at the GIF. The moderator was also chatting in a jokingly way, he mentioned a ban in a jokingly way and no one thought anything about it, I thought the moderator was joking too. until they actually banned me. I would like to say sorry to the moderator that banned me, I did not know/think that anyone was offended by it nor was I thinking of the rules then. I understand that racism is a very serious topic and I will not jokes similar to that again and I will be more aware of the Mountain Interactive rules while in game and while chatting inside of the Communications server. There was a rouge SRU out of base, and also randomly shot someone for no reason at SNK. I tried telling them to go back in base and they said that they did not care and that they were not going to listen to me. They then ran off. The person I "RDMed" was trying to taze the SRU and cuff them. I was trying to aim at the SRU and shoot them to make them stop running away because they were breaking the rules and shooting people for no reason, also making the assumption that there was no staff to moderate them, because 99% of the time I try to call a mod, no one is online. While I was aiming, the person I "RDMed" got inside of my crossfire, and I accidently shot them. I was not trying to kill them at all, I was aiming and they got in my crossfire. Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) "RDM + FRP" Why Should You Be Unbanned? I should be unbanned because I feel like that it wasn't my fault. If the person would have never got in my crossfire, I would have never killed him. I was never going to kill them, and never thought of doing so. I also tried to tell them that they got in crossfire and to apologize to them, but I cannot get their discord user.
