I see Rodri being one of the next customer support people for MI. He is active and invests a lot of time into the community. He is a really nice guy, and is the reason why I am here today. I am thankful he has helped me get to where I am in this community, it gives me something to look forward to every day.

Despite everything Victor has gone through in the group, he has continued to have a hardworking and positive attitude. During the tough times of the group, I believe I saw his true skills come into play. This is why he’s one of the highest people in the community, because he knows what he’s doing.

Responded to my support ticket, despite him closing the first ticket unresolved I was able to reopen it and he continued to help me through the process of my subscription. I’m glad he’s part of the team and he seems like he would have a good personality once you get to know him.
