We believe this was an exploiter who was posing as staff member and to your video, this user is now permanently banned. That said, donating helps support the server but it doesn't automatically grant access to all teams or roles. Ventura is mainly XP based, meaning you’re able to gain access to teams and other tools/systems through an XP level rather than a subscription package. For the Hayward County Fire, Ventura Health, and Strike P. Armory; you will need the Citizen rank, which is 500 XP on the Citizen team. For Ventura Highway Patrol, Hayward County Sheriff's Department, and Florence City Police Department, you will need the Middle Class Citizen rank, which is 850 XP on the Citizen team. For Ventura Bureau of Investigation, you'll need the Commander rank on the Florence City Police Department, which is 11,300•XP. I recommend you take a look in the Project Delta Guidelines. (made by one of our community members) They may help you get a better understanding of how to access teams and understand how the game works.

I’ve contacted a couple of team members and developers for a similar issue, but they were unable to assist. I believe this will have the same outcome.

@kronprinsfrederik22 I recommend making bug report in the Ventura category if this occurs again. Make sure to provide a photo or clip which shows your F9 console. Sometimes restarting the game, joining a smaller server or create a new server (which I believe is only possible for staff) seems to work.

@EchoNova_en You have to be in a vehicle to access the MDT in Ventura. It should be accessible via one of the box icons in the bottom left of your screen called Smart Storm.

@NewDiegoxX I believe the LEO Enhancement spawner in RPD was rank locked to the metro division when the team got whitelisted. That rank lock never got removed. Although I believe there’s still an enhancement vehicle spawner at RCSO which contains two community service vehicles and a coroner van.

@Richsboy30 I managed to join Perris, California the other day on my iPhone and although it ran rather well, I wouldn’t recommend it. MAYBE if you’re able to connect a keyboard and mouse? Otherwise you’ll be stuck to walking and limited in the things you can do.

@Braydenpage I’d suggest seeing if there’s a staff member who’s ingame or active in the discord and available to help you.

We take the conduct of our moderators very seriously, and will keep you updated with our progress.

After further investigation, I've found that the kick was issued via the in-game :kick command, therefor you have no record on your moderation history apart from two counts of "User left while in combat" which is automatically issued by the system bot in Ventura when you leave whilst in combat. Additionally found that no video evidence was attached to the kick. I will speak with WestCoast_Turkee to obtain further evidence and information for this case.
