I've reviewed your statement and the clip you sent to me. I do not believe that your use of force was justifiable in that situation. It is required that deadly force is to only be used when necessary and when a person poses an imminent threat. Imminent threat means that the persons actions suggest they're about to use deadly force, (eg: reloading or pointing directly at you; whilst threatening you, etc) not just that they have the ability to. I'd consider this more as possession or open carry charge, which doesn't by itself, justify the use of deadly force. I also cannot see the moderator pointing the gun at you multiple times in that clip.
