  1. Both is generally a good roleplay environment, on a case to case basis but I agree with @sheluvswholol since there really isn’t anyone on Los Angeles as much anymore. If the player-count was to suddenly shoot up and the game would be more responsive and lively, then I’d play it but until that happens then I’m going to stick with Perris California. Los Angeles is the perfect environment for roleplay If it had tremendous player-count attendance honestly.
