Also, is XP some mythical thing - how can I can't actually see how much XP I have?

1] Immediately upon joining, notification saying I had active warrants, apparently had 5 arrests and I never played the game, then jailed for 24 hours after approaching an officer. Admin released me I think, so at-least rectified the issue. 2] No map, no orientation other than road names. 3] Expected to know how to get VRICS to work. 4] No vehicle controls to see, just figure it out. 5] No information on how XP works, do I need to use VRICS to gain xp from calls? Healed as medic, no XP given, revived down players, no XP given, drive around? here's 3XP. Overall, this could be a fun game, but completely let down with terrible new user introduction, no manuals, no guides, map, vehicle control display, or how XP works.
