He was arresting a fellow gang member. I was in gang clothing at the time. I had the PBS13 jersey on and I'm pretty sure I had the rpname set to "PBS13". I shouldn't be banned for helping out a friend who's being arrested by the cops. Ban Reason*:RDM Why should you be unbanned?*:I was helping out a friend. It wasn't random. This doesn't meet the criteria for RDM. Peris Why should you be unbanned?: Answer. This is actually getting to be ridiculous. The guy I tased was connor, a guy in the VC I was in with who I was messing around with. He can vouch and so can others. In terms of him dying, he got caught in the crossfire and now he's crying about it. Please appeal this ban. This is starting to get laughable how people can put in no context reports and get me banned.

What game did the ban take place in?: Answer. Perris Island Why should you be unbanned?: Answer. I belive I was wrongfully banned in Perris Island RP. I shot a suspect after he made threats to shoot officers, fled the scene, hopped into his car, and attempted to flee. Tennessee vs Gardner clearly states that you can shoot fleeing felony suspects if they pose a clear threat to the public. It is my belief that the suspect did pose an immediate threat and thus I shot him to prevent his escape. Afterwards I attempted to help him but he passed away. I find it odd and interesting that he didn't add the part where he shot a cop and threatened us, but only showed the T7 deployment and then the part where I shot him. Kinda odd. Citing lack of context and Tennessee vs Gardner, I respectfully request that I be unbanned.
