    False Ban that requires Review

    When playing my little brother he's 8 he got disconnected randomly from the game with Pban saying "You are banned AA" his user is ToxicNinjaCookie, and he did not use a alt account. He is new to Roblox, so I gave him a account that I don't use. He played Project Ventura and got banned for no reason and he was a Assistant Chief at the State Police Department, he was crying so hard. Could someone please help? I am filing the appeal for my brother because he is young.
