I was banned for pretending to remove the foreskin on a dude as a EMS. The prisoner punched me while i was doing medical exams and when the officer held him i said "Snip snip" and "4skin gone". Then 3 different ranks of mods came and even though they were on my side i was still banned for VToS.

During one of them prisoner medical exam I got punched, so I pressed the panic button and officers came. When the dude got arrested i went over and as a joke. (i recently learned about emergency foreskin removals in pre-med.). I went over to him and said "punishment, 4skin removal." then i said "snip snip" and "4skin gone". the prisoner called a moderator and lied by saying I tried to seduce him and even calling me a predator. He continued lying and i explained my story to the mods that came, AND EVEN THOUGH THE MODS WERE AGREEING WITH ME the "elder mod" or whatever said to ban me. Ban Reason: VToS Why is should be unbanned: Its clear that the jokes were meant as a joke, but i promise that i will not make these jokes around people againm. I really enjoy the game and i promise i will behave.

I got banned and i appealed numerous times but it said its not appealable.

My roblox username is BennybbX and user id is 1341794965. My discord user id is 918127728123842611. I recently got banned for something that is so stupid i feel embarrased even writing about it. I was playing as a EMT in a server. I was called in for medical examinations for the prisoners. One of the prisoners starts punching me as im trying to examine him. I hit panic and tell the officers that the dude started hitting me. (important info) I am in pre-med education and we recently learned about emergency amputations and i found out that there is actually a procedure in which a emergency foreskin removal is needed. I thought this was extremely funny so when the guards apprehended him i said "Punishment time.". I went over to him and said "snip snip" and "4skin gone". He did not find this funny, and called a mod. Then he started to lie to the mod, saying that i was a predator and i was trying to seduce him. One of the officers recorded it, and it showed that i did not say or do anything predator related. The mod called for higher ups for some reason, and they checked the chat logs which further proved that i was not a predator. The higher up mods said that even though it was clearly stated as a joke, he still needed to report this to a even higher rank. I later got banned, which i find so incredbly stupid. I clearly said it as a joke, the guy i did it to lied to the mods and the mod was also rooting for me. The specific ban reason was "VToS". I would have understood a temporary ban or a kick, but a prema ban is way to strict. I sincerely enjoy the game and i would make sure not to crank out certain jokes around people in the game if i got banned. I also apologize but i also do not fully blame myself for this incident. Im sorry and i will make sure im more considerate in the future. So yeah please unban me, i feel like this is the dumbest ban you guys will ever read. I was banned because i made a joke about circumsition towards a prisoner in this game. He punched me, i called for backup and several officers came. I went to explain that he punched me and after, i wanted to punish him as a joke. As i am currently doing pre-med i recently learned about emergency circumsitions and made a joke about it towards the prisoner. I said to him "Punishment, circumsition." And then i said "Snip snip, 4skin gone." After this when i was talking to the mods who came, he started lying and saying that i tried to groom him and i wanted to do predatory things towards a minor. The fact that i got PERMANENTLY BANNED for a joke about circumsition is actually the craziest thing i have heard in a while. I rlly enjoy the game and i belive that, okay, it might have been a little bit out of line to do sumn like that. But i belive i should only get a temp-ban or reduced sentence. I actually want to play this game more and i won't make jokes like these around overly sensitive kids again. i hope yall actually understand that the only people getting that mad over a joke about circumsition, are the people who do not match the age restriction on this game. if yall need it my username is BennybbX and i was banned on the 26.10.2025.
