Im just wondering how I open a ticket since it wont allow me and that it redirects me to something saying that "mountaininteractive.freshdesk.com couldnt be found" so idk how to fix that problem and I just want to appeal.

Randumdxpro - 1649371987 830604772440277002 N/A The incident took place with Ventura, while I was serving as a police officer of the highway patrol I decided to rp as a cop who had a murderous intent which ultimately led to me killing two people and essentially I got caught and then I ended up get a permanent ban from going onto any LEO teams and also blacklisted from having weapons in my possession as i was told that "this guy clearly doesn't want to rp" , and I was told I could appeal it but I don't know where I do it so I resorted to doing this via game ban appeals so I'm sorry if this is wrong but I had no clue on where to appeal initially. I did not get banned from the game, I'm here to appeal a ban in the game that stops me from entering the LEO teams and as well as being blacklisted from owning guns. So I think that I should be unbanned from the LEO teams and un-blacklisted as I think that I was doing nothing wrong as my rp was to initially to kill but I guess from others point of view I guess that I was in the wrong and I apologize on my behalf on the false rp that I "committed" so I'm sorry of any wrong doing that I did and I just want to enjoy the game by being able to rp as a cop like I was doing once before, so thanks for taking the time to read this and I hope that I eventually get unbanned so that I can access the LEO teams and get whitelisted to have a gun in my possession
