Hey so I understand this message but when I tried to join the Roblox game, I was sadly still banned.

Me and my partner got a bank call and we responded to it and saw lot's of officers going to the back of the bank, so we followed. We were both hugging the wall with the intent of staying protected from any bad guys, but the people inside of the bank shot my arm through the wall and killed me.. Just about 10 minutes later a Moderator TPed to me and my partner and asked why were you guys glitching throw the wall? In which we responded with "We weren't glitching". Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) "GL" Why Should You Be Unbanned? I believe that I should be unbanned, as I nor my partner never killed anyone through a wall, BUT the person who killed me inside the bank did. We repeatedly told the moderator that we did not kill anyone, but we were just simply ignored. But I'm very sorry if I caused any troubles, I really just want to play this beautiful game again.

There was a hostage situation in the Florence Bank. My partner and I did a 360 of the bank to see if anyone was in the alleyway or anything, when clearing the alleyway, I was "hugging" the wall to keep cover, and apparently that allowed my body to clip through the wall, and the hostage takers inside the vault on the other side killed me. Neither of us knew this was possible, and we called for backup in the alleyway. Roughly 3-5 EMTs and a few other cops came down. Once my partner got healed by the EMTs, we went through the main doors of the bank, did the RP, and were later killed (properly). Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) Ban Reason: GL Why Should You Be Unbanned? I should be unbanned as this whole situation with me sticking my arm through the wall, and dying was a tremendous misunderstanding, and the fact that the people who actually killed me receiving no punishment is both odd and disheartening. The kill logs in the Discord proved I was killed by someone inside the vault from the outside, and when we tried telling the staff member this, the moderator was essentially ignoring our claims. Overall, we both have had zero moderation actions against us and getting banned for a mistake like this? It makes little to no sense in our perspective. We hope you guys take all this appeal message with the best of intentions on our parts and in the nicest ways possible, and we hope that sooner or later, we can play your game again.
