First incident I was walking up to a scene, about 100 feet from the scene and with no prior contact he killed me. Second incident he hit me with his car, intentionally as he went into oncoming traffic with the explicit intention of hitting me, then he RDM'd me once I told him I'd clipped everything. He is also wearing a LEO uniform as a civ via UGC, which I figured would constitute NITRP, given all factors combined. Roblox moderation took the game down, it appears to be because it has no rating. I recall there previously being a rating - are y'all permanently closing it or is this an actual roblox moderation issue?

If you look right when he comes into booking you can see the hair and the lack of a full uniform. He's also got the same voice.

He had been patrolling in it earlier, refused to RTB upon being told to do so. Went about my way without conflict. A CHP later tried to stop him for going northbound on the southbound lane of the interstate. He ran. We eventually C5'd him where he killed a PD. When I approached him after spiking the rear tire of the bearcat I heard him pull out a gun. I killed him. About 30 minutes later he found me at autozone and RDM'd me. What's silly is that I wasn't going to do anything about him until he went and pulled that.
