• Witnesses usernames were not obtained.

• I arrived at a crime scene as a Rescue Ambulance (callsign '3FD22') to provide treatment to a wounded LE officer.

• I was confronted by VHP officer (the offender), batman10927, to leave the scene since an EMT was already on-scene.

• The offender gave me approximately less than 10 seconds to leave. He had given multiple verbal instructions to leave all in under 10 seconds.

• As I was packing up my resources within that timeframe of 10 seconds and while I was simultaneously replying to him, he immediately grabbed me to where he cuffed me later on.

• Scene escalated when SBI that witnessed the entire situation intervened to stop the offender from arresting me.

• Additional 2 units arrive and were briefed on what happened.

• Ffwl; the offender (batman10927) began to make offensive words while bypassing Roblox ToS such as 'Stfu', and 'It wasnt for obstruction you imbred moron'.

Sounds like legal issue

If you drag your cursor and hover around their character model, their username and RP name should show up as long as you are close to them. This should help identify when reporting. Otherwise, evidence like this is barely helping. It shows the act but not the perp.

Incident Description: I was pulling up the MDT while driving ~2-3km/h when he pulled me over asking why I was driving very slow. I explained to him what I was up to and all of a sudden he pulled me out of my vehicle and spammed me with the 'request ID' prompt about 3-4 times before I finally complied. I asked if he's a SV (supervisor) to which he said he is and upon seeing his badge after showing it to me, I believed him since it said "Chief of Police". I was convinced. He told me to return to my vehicle where he issued me a citation of $4,050,650 with false charges (see attached for charges).

Remark(s): His Roblox account was literally registered on the same day the incident happened - 10/21/25. He's got 0 friends, empty inventory, and everything.
