Later when they pulled up, I've been trying to get them out of their vehicle, suspects have not cared about a lethal weapon aimed at them (Improper FearRP btw + OOC talk during an IC situation), when they were attempting to drive off I've shot at their tire. Right as the clip cut off the recording person has attacked me with his fist. He was later cuffed, he tried later evading while in cuffs, and then the server restart hit.
