Why are they so garbage all the time the only people i have ever seen starting drama or abusing has been either in rcso or chp which has been over 10 times at this point.

Detailed Description of Events* First i drove to S&K to buy myself a gun and when i drove in i was driving fast and i hit his car he then proceeded to cuff me and drive to rcso and book me for the crime of "hitting a police car" And gave me 8 charges which did not describe what i did in the slightest as in the video it shows that his reason for arresting me was "hitting a police car" not "street racing, Grand theft, Disturbing the peace, Felony speeding, and hit and run with property damage." I didnt even steal a car he just put that there to give me enough jail time as possible for simply hitting his patrol car which didnt even destroy it by the way as he drove it to the police station just fine. 8.
