  3. What is your Roblox Username and User ID? DEV1LXS_LAGRX – 673431857 What is your Discord ID? 1128819514885292103 Have You Been Punished in the Last 60 Days? Not within the last 60 days, during Feburary 2024 I was kicked for FRP, which I have learned from my mistake and never made the same mistake again. Have You Had an Application Denied in the Last 90 Days? No, I have not had an application denied, this is my first application for staff. Were you a previous Staff Member? No. Do You Have a Working Microphone? Yes, it is high quality and clear. What Country Are You From? The United States of America. Have You Moderated Other Communities? I have, I used to moderate my own United States Marine Corps Roblox group and game as the Commandant of the Marine Corps before I stepped down for around 3 years. I also served in a large United States Military group as a Navy SEAL's Executive Officer as an O-5 for a few months before retiring. I also run my friends small Emergency Response: Liberty County group as an Assistant Founder based in Orlando, Florida, while I am running my own ER:LC community myself based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Which Mountain Interactive Servers Do You Play Most? I play on Perris, California the most. I will hop on Los Angeles from time to time, but I have a better time when I am playing Perris. Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator? I want to become a moderator for Mountain Interactive because I believe in the innovation it has to offer. I notice that a lot of community members are constantly active, whether on the game or the Discord. However, I also understand that there are also a lot of rule violators and rule breakers. Instead of being an absolute ****** about upkeeping the rules, I want to find ways where we can all get together and find a solution to a lot of these rule violations, such as calm, professional, and cool conversations between the community and staff, boosting the reputation of Mountain Interactive in the mean hand. I have also spent a lot of money over the year or so of playing Mountain Interactive games and services, but I thought "What better way to give back to Mountain Interactive than try and staff their game and try and connect the community together and make sure everybody is safe and heard?" I feel a lot of my leadership skills and ability to problem solve from organizations I have partaken in, such as the Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps, the Civil Air Patrol, and have the discipline instilled in me from Jiu Jitsu are amazing values that a company like Mountain Interactive is striving for within their administrators and staff. With these traits that I have learned, I can remain calm, cool, and collected under any possible interaction with the community, whether that be positive or negative, and if it is negative, then I feel with these skills it would be very easy for me to be able to find a solution with another. Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members? Yes, I am familiar and on good terms with one of our staff members by the name of Jacksonwr9909. When Are You Usually Available to Moderate? I am in Pacific Standard Time, however my schedule can easily fluctuate depending on what I have in the day, but I do have a lot of free time on my hands to moderate the Discord and Roblox game. How Would You Handle Rule breaking? For the games like Perris or Los Angeles, depending on the severity and the amount of the punishable offense they do typically depends on what I would do. If they do something relatively minor or minimal, I'll typically give them a recorded warning and let them know that if they continue what they're doing, it could lead to more serious punishments later on. I would also inform them on ways they can avoid being punished later on. If it is more of a repetitive rule violator, and they do not stop their action, I would give them a temporary kick from the server. If they rejoin and continue what they are doing, then I would likely do a few more kicks and if the violations get severe enough, then I would likely go to bans after giving them several chances and choices to fix their ways in the game through warnings and kicks. For the Discord server, I would go through a similar process, giving verbal and recorded warnings in the Discord server depending on if the severity of the situation is minor, and after several warnings (around 3, or whatever threshold Mountain Interactive has for their staff team), it would end up with a server kick with the potential of being able to rejoin. If they rejoin and continue to act up, it would more than likely result in a ban. Anything Else We Should Know? I have spent several months as a Platinum donator for Mountain Interactive, for the first time it was the 30 dollar subscription for a month, starting September 15, 2024 before cancelling it and then renewing for around a month or two before ending it on October 18, 2024. I then continued more from January 27, 2025 to April 27, 2025. I have also paid for the Undercover 2020 Dodge Charger for 25-30 dollars. This shows my dedication and enjoyment towards Mountain Interactive, their products, and their games. Do You Speak Any Languages Other Than English? I do not speak any other language but English. Things That May Hurt Your Application I do not believe there is anything that will hurt my application, however I do have a punishment from around February 2024 (stated from Jacksonwr9909), only a kick for FRP, which once again, I have learned from my mistake, and will not repeat.
